Order Processing and Delivery Schedule
We process orders as quickly as possible during business days (Monday to Saturday).

- Total Delivery Time: Estimated delivery to all destinations is 3–8 business days.
Orders placed during weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
Order Confirmation and Tracking
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email containing your order number and details. Once your package has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with:
- Your tracking number
- A direct tracking link
- A final delivery notification when your order has arrive

Shipping Status:
Once your order ships, you'll promptly receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
If you don't receive the shipping confirmation email immediately, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and rest assured, we will deliver the items within that timeframe.
UK Shipping
We ship to all UK mainland addresses. Deliveries will arrive between 9 AM and 5 PM, Monday to Saturday (excluding bank holidays). We require a signature upon receipt to ensure safe delivery. We do not offer a click-and-collect service.

Order Changes:
Please notify us immediately if there are any changes to your order. Please note that custom and pre-ordered pieces cannot be exchanged for other designs.
Item Not Received:
If you have successfully placed an order and still haven't received it, even though the tracking status indicates delivery, we recommend contacting the courier to locate your shipment. If the issue persists, kindly email us at info@officialtrapstar.site
Shipping Carriers and Locations
We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom and work with Royal Mail and Evri to ensure safe and timely delivery.
All orders include free shipping within the United Kingdom. This offer is subject to change based on promotions or special conditions.
Taxes
Our customers do not need to pay for importing fees, duties or VAT (Valued Additional Tax).
However, some limited countries (especially for some European countries such as Germany, Italy, UK and Canada, etc.) may need to pay duties or VAT according to your countries’ levying rules.
We are required by law to charge sales tax on all items purchased, unless in situations where it is not required by law.
